Cardington-Lincoln High School Reviews

I am currently a senior at Cardington-Lincoln. I have been going here since i was in kindergarten. It was not the school that my dad would have chosen. He preferred Highland in Marengo. Ever since we lost our previoous principal, our school has dropped. The new principal is trying to make changes that aren't acceptable. He has no idea what he is doing with the school. He is juts trying to step in here and make huge changes that a small school is not capable of doing. If you want your kids to have a good educationthen do not send them to Cardington. They spend more time kicking themselves in the head trying to pass a class because of rules then actually learning.

I've been going to Cardington schools since I was in fourth grade and will be a junior this year. I've greatly enjoyed my experience at the school, however, I do agree with the most recent reviewer that Cardington has a greater potential of teaching than what it's giving it's students. I believe that if the school board worked harder to challenge Cardington's students, instead of giving us material we can easily pass through, it would reach greater potential and send better educated young men and women into the real world.

I will be a senior at Cardington in the fall. I do not believe that Cardington has met its full potential. I don't think that a lot of the teachers are actually teaching us well. There are some that are excellent teachers but there are some that have more students fighting to pass the class than understanding the material. I think that's unacceptable. I go to school to learn new things and what some of them are doing just isn't cutting it. On the positive side of things the school has a lot of extra-curricular activities that i think are excellent for the students. The new principal is also an excellent addition to the school.

I am a sophmore at Cardington Lincoln High School, in my oppinion it is a great school. It is a very small school so there are smaller class sizes, more one on ones with the teachers, and everyone knows each other and gets along with each other. There are also many chior and band classes, clubs, art classes, sports, and even a bowling team. What is best is that anyone can be involved in these activities, as long as your grades meet the required level. I would recomend Cardington Elementary, Middle, or High School to anyone. My whole experience at these Cardington Schools has been terrific.
